[Freeswitch-users] Play IVR Before Answer

Anthony Minessale, as u say that provider does not let me to do that but i
have no provider in between as i am a soft-phone eyeBeam or xlite that
directly registered to FreeSwitch and i try using pre_answer also with
playback but these wouldn't work for me and if i answer the call and then
playback then it works
my syntax for playback is as
          <action application="playback"
data="{timeout=20000}/usr/local/sounds/1.wav" />
