[Freeswitch-users] mod_fifo: agents are not ringing

Hi,

Caller is played music on hold but is not connected to any of the agents
since no agent is ringing. I have sip users registered to FS ( they are
online). I have configured a SIP user as a member for the queue. But, when
the caller calls in, the agent doesn't ring.

Please throw some light.
