[Freeswitch-users] Anyone have info on multicast paging FS and Linksys SPA phones

Finally solved after more than 1 year while preparing traces! I am posting this in case someone else has a similar problem with Cisco/Linksys SPA phones and FreeSwitch paging. the problem and solution is:
If multiple PBX systems are configured on extensions, for instance, in my case Ext 1-4 was configured for the SPA9000 which was powered off, and Ext 5-6 was configured for FreeSwitch: Only the PBX configured for Extension 1 can page and be paged. Once I swapped ext 1 and 5 paging worked without having to power up/down the SPA9000, it is finally removed and FS paging works fine. See below for symptoms.
