I changed the order of the extensions in the default dialplan and
set <action application="nibblebill" data="pause"/> 
and seems to work

  hi there,

  I'm trying to create user who can call for free and other not.
  I set nobal_action in nibblebill conf  to an extension in my default dialplan
  but if the user is at $0 for special case I would authorize the call for free.
  is it possible ?
