I am one of the Beta testers of Flowroute's CNAM lookup for inbound calls. So far, it seems to be working quite well. -- Steve

I have been using this for a few months on some smaller traffic DID's and I agree its been working well so far. I don't think its still in beta though, its been available for a while and they seem to have it pretty well advertised https://www.flowroute.com/voice/cnam/ Chris On Tue, Sep 10, 2013 at 1:42 PM, Steven Schoch < schoch+freeswitch.org@xwin32.com> wrote:

I have always used flowroute for outgoing calls, not incoming is it possible to do cnam lookups without having dids with them? 2014-05-25 9:58 GMT-04:00 chris <tknchris@gmail.com>:

That would be a completely different service. They don't offer an interface for CNAM lookups. What they offer on incoming DID calls is for the name field to already be part of the call, eliminating another round-trip lookup. You can enable this feature on specific DIDs you have with them, and can turn it on and off at any time. When enabled, they will charge $0.0039 per successful CNAM lookup, which will be attempted on all incoming calls. By the way, I'm curious as to why you use different providers for incoming and outgoing? -- Steve
