I couldn't find anything in the verto source https://github.com/signalwire/freeswitch/search?q=iceRestart&unscoped_q=iceR... I'm looking for what to call in order to fulfill the "sendOfferToServer" pseudocode of https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/RTCOfferOptions/iceRestart#...
