I am having trouble with blf's on the freeswitch, when a device changes its port, either due to the router or the sip device randomly changing its port, the freeswitch keeps sending notify messages to the previous port. The remainder of the signaling is ok, the devices work correctly, just the blf's do not work. I use freeswitch in a hosted mode with the ip sets behind a router/firewall. I feel I have missed a setting someplace, any assistance would be appreciated. Darcy Primrose
What device do you have that keeps changing ports? This could be a bug but did it subscribe again with the new ports when it changed? If not then we would probably keep sending the notifies to the previous subscription contact till it expired. On Sep 15, 2013, at 8:28 AM, fs <fs@voice2net.ca> wrote:

Hi, I noticed that when I place my phone on hold while I am in a conference, and the phone plays music, the music is distorted to other conference members. I tried setting the "energy-level" parameter to zero, but it didn't help. I also tried using "waste" but that did not help either. I know I can have the conference itself play hold music, but I would like to know how to configure the mixer to retransmit all the received packets. I had thought the "waste" and "energy-level" should be enough to do this. How can I get the conference to retransmit all packets from the speaking member? Thanks, David
It should already "retransmit" (at least muxed with the other audio streams) all packets. There might be something wrong with the input stream, maybe you could find out more if using Wireshark? 2013/9/17 D D <tru083@yahoo.com>

Try recording at the Freeswitch end; see if the audio is already distorted before it gets to the conference mixer? On 17 September 2013 00:56, D D <tru083@yahoo.com> wrote:
