Subscribe Light hangs (Presence)
I have an issue where some endpoints are having their indicator light for a Presence subscription stay on for 30 minutes even though the other endpoint being watched has not been used. How do I correct this? Is it a timeout? Thank you, Joel
Sounds like you'll need to examine both SIP traces and console logs at the time of the light turning on and then when it should turn off. Confirm that the SIP NOTIFYs are actually going out to the phone w/ the BLF key.
