I have a moh directory with about 20 wav files . is there a method the caller can use to skip to next song or prevous? how would I implement this in a directory with known file names? with unknown file names ending in .wav?
You will not be able to do that with moh in FS. MOH in FS is implemented as stream, so user don't even have control on which file will start playing when a caller is placed on hold. That's because a single stream of MOH is multicasted all the callers that are on hold. To skip to next or previous song/audio you have to implement your own solution using eventsocket or one of the many embedded programming languages available on FS. -- Thanks & Regards, Godson Gera IVR India <http://godson.in/> On Sun, Feb 19, 2012 at 12:07 PM, Rodney <notlikeme75@yahoo.com> wrote:

What I want to do is implement all callers currently on hold in queue play blackjack... this will dictate the order the calls are answered. ;) /b On Feb 19, 2012, at 7:37 AM, Godson Gera wrote:
