Unable to Bridge to FIFO offhook agent
Hello, Freeswitch's ACD is cool! I am having a strange problem here. If I use a dialplan extension to bring a caller to a FIFO ( that already have the agent added using "fifo_member add" command), then, the agent's phone will ring and call is successfully bridged when the agent picks up the phone. The problem I have is that if the caller is bought to the FIFO after pressing a specific key in an IVR, then, when the agent picks up the phone, both caller and agent are being hung up by freeswitch. In the console, it says that it is failed to bridge the caller to the agent. Why is that the case and how can I resolve that? Best Regards, Woody

Snag a debug log of this happening and drop it on pastebin. Usually the debug log will have the clues you need. Put the pastebin link in this thread and we'll take a look. -MC
Hello, Here is the log: http://pastebin.freeswitch.org/12533 I pastebin the relevant debug log. Yeah, the debug log didn't really say why the bridge failed. I'd try a few things: pastebin your relevant dialplan bits as well as whatever code you use to put the agents into the queue as members. Also, turn on SIP debugging at the console: sofia profile internal siptrace on
Look to see if there's anything interesting or unusual in the SIP dialog. You can pastebin that as well. -MC
Hi Michael, Thanks in advance for all your help. I pastebin the SIP log as well at http://pastebin.freeswitch.org/ It does not seem to tell much. Best Regards, Woody On Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 1:16 PM, Michael Collins <msc@freeswitch.org> wrote:

what is ivr_handler() being executed right before? it would be relevant to know what that is doing as well. On Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 2:24 AM, Woody Dickson <woodydickson@gmail.com>wrote:
