Remember to make sure only root & the freeswitch user can read the config file, otherwise they'll be able to find out the password and log in anyway. Or you can move the config files onto another server using mod_xml_curl ( http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_xml_curl) -Steve On 6 September 2010 08:24, Daniel Neubert <daniel.neubert@solomo.de> wrote:
Configuring the listen-ip to localhost and/or setting up suitable firewall rules might also be a good idea...

Hi. How do I prevent any user logging onto my system from getting into fs_cli -- they could shut down the whole system if they wanted to. Can I set a password, only allow root to get in, or what?
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
