Has anyone managed to configure mod_opal to register to MSN Messenger server to place/receive calls to/from any MSN Messenger users? I took a look at the conf/autoload_configs/opal.conf.xml file and don't know what to fill the gk-address, gk-identifier, and gk-interface.
