In order to test you will need to do a complete fresh checkout, apply this patch, then do a bootstrap, configure, etc.
Please make sure both mod_spidermonkey and mod_shout both build AND load (you will need to edit modules.conf and modules.conf.xml for these modules) when you start freeswitch without any errors. Please post your test results to http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FSBUILD-82
