[Freeswitch-users] retreiving voicemail dropping after 30 seconds

Hi. When accessing voicemail to listen to messages I am finding that it is dropping at 30 seconds each time with a message of 100 sleep timer. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am using a Sipura 3000 connected to my freeswitch server.
