in passthrough mode we have no capability to do anything with the video. None of the video features are going to work in passthrough mode.

It's working only when the 'video-mode' is set as 'mux'. In 'passthrough' mode, vmute is not working. However member-flag mute is working in both the modes.
Will the member-flag vmute work in passthrough mode?
