Two questions: *WHY* does your manager want this feature? What is the ultimate problem that is being addressed? It may be that he or she made the decision with limited or incorrect information. If we know what the ultimate goal is with all this then we might be able to help you with a solution that is even better than what your manager had hoped to see implemented. -MC
