What is the value of the Contact header you're receiving from the customer? The BYE hangup signal is sent to the caller at the address in that header. If the caller is behind NAT and their phone isn't handling that properly they can be sending the wrong address there (ie the internal rather than external address). Enable STUN on the client if possible, otherwise try this option http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/NDLB#NDLB-connectile-dysfunction On 25 September 2013 08:43, Arpit Gadle <gadle.arpit@gmail.com> wrote:
Dear All,
When an agent receives,an incoming call he hangsup/disconnect/ignore without answering.
The call is clear at agent's end and he is ready for another call but the call is still active at caller/customer end. * *I tried disconnecting the active call by "fsctl hupall normal_clearing" but failed, I also tried transfering call to to other extension in dialplan and hangup from there but no result.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
