Hi, just an update, it seems to be an issue with the sip softphone and not FS configurations issues. i m testing with ekiga on my linux machine and i get this unregistered user error, but then i downloaded a client for my android phone and it works like a charm, i can call out from extension 2000 and be called from any internal extension or DID. ----------------------------------------

thanks for replying, no that command returns user not registers. i even go to the database and check the table contents
and 2000 is effectivly not there.

We sometimes get similar results when there are client LAN problems.

when extension 2000 registers i get this in the FS logs:
sofia_reg.c:1445 SIP auth challenge (REGISTER) on sofia profile 'internal-hq' for [2000@10.19.0.8] from ip 190.242.32.118
so it is registering, when i check in the database this extension is not there. i would appreciate any hints.
