I believe you are talking about this <extension name="internal"> <condition field="destination_number" expression="^(\d{4})$"> <action application="bridge" data="sofia/internal/$1%voipclic.com"/> <action application="voicemail" data="default $${domain} $1"/> </condition> </extension> This is in the default.xml file and the VM works if I call any extension . But, if there is a DID linked to the extension, and I call the DID, the VM doesn't work. When it times out I get a busy signal.
