Okay, I found out who the culprit is, but I still want to find a fix so the dialplan works like I want. The <application="playback" causes an answer and early media... When I comment that out, the voicemail works almost properly. It's clipping the (81) off the front of the 816 DID, which is probably thinking those are pbx dialout values. If anyone can tell me where that is set so I can change it... But the bridge and voicemail both work like they are sposed to.
