One real nice thing about the execute_on and api_on variables. If there isn't one, you can add it with a single line patch. As long as you have the *session pointer, which you should from something that does IVR, you can just add a call to the generic switch_ function, look at the source and see how it's used, to add it yourself anywhere. Add the ones you think would be kewl, and submit a patch on JIRI. From past experence, things like that get put in GIT almost right away. Even I can do it! And I heven't done any major code in C in almost 15 years. --Dave _____ From: Michael Collins [mailto:msc@freeswitch.org] To: FreeSWITCH Users Help [mailto:freeswitch-users@lists.freeswitch.org] Sent: Tue, 02 Jul 2013 14:55:45 -0700 Subject: Re: [Freeswitch-users] char *exec_on_max_fail | char *exec_on_max_timeout; On Tue, Jul 2, 2013 at 2:40 PM, Cesar Bermudez <cesar.bermudez@gmail.com> wrote: Hi List. How can use the exec_on_max_fail and the exec_on_max_timeout in a IVR ? Best regards. Looking at the code it appears to be like all the other execute_on chan vars. I suggest you try something like this in your IVR: exec-on-max-timeout='transfer 9664 XML default' Tinker with this and report back. When you get it working I will help you get it documented on the wiki. -MC _________________________________________________________________________ Professional FreeSWITCH Consulting Services: consulting@freeswitch.org http://www.freeswitchsolutions.com FreeSWITCH-powered IP PBX: The CudaTel Communication Server http://www.cudatel.com Official FreeSWITCH Sites http://www.freeswitch.org http://wiki.freeswitch.org http://www.cluecon.com FreeSWITCH-users mailing list FreeSWITCH-users@lists.freeswitch.org http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/listinfo/freeswitch-users UNSUBSCRIBE:http://lists.freeswitch.org/mailman/options/freeswitch-users http://www.freeswitch.org -- Michael S Collins Twitter: @mercutioviz http://www.FreeSWITCH.org http://www.ClueCon.com http://www.OSTAG.org
