Hi, You cannot send a CANCEL to an incoming call as it is a sip request. You reject it with a 4XX or 6XX sip response code like 480 Temporarily Unavailable or 486 Busy Here. In this case, you will see send_refuse in sip_hangup_disposition. You will see send_cancel if the caller ends an outgoing call before it is answered, so only on leg A.
