Yes - issue is pretty easily reproduce-able.
I have cores running with Valgrind and without.
I believe there is something strange in the media that my customer is sending that is causing this issue.
I'm willing to do whatever anyone thinks is helpful to isolate further.

Can you try to get it to crash without valgrind? Be sure to set "ulimited -c unlimited" before you start freeswitch so we can get a valid core file to inspect.
