Hi. This message is regard to PRESENCE or IM, maybe To field or Contact field is missing on SIP dialog. You might want to enable SIPtrace on your profile (fs@internal> sofia profile <PROFILE_NAME> siptrace on) to see what event your device send's to your fs and check the dialog info. You can capture this with wireshark or tcpdump too.
