[Freeswitch-users] Service_not_implemented for mobile phones?

Hi, I receive an error message service not implemented sometimes when calling a mobile phone number but sometimes it works. What maybe rhe cause of this error? I already installed zfone, perfectly connect to two freeswitch and the one issue I got today is these can you help me guys?
