[Freeswitch-users] dial H.264 stream of (Axis) Webcam?

Hi! Is there a possibility to make freeswitch include the H.264-stream of a Webcam (Axis M1034-W) in dialplan? e.g. dial 999 on a video-phone to receive webcam's h.264-stream
