The gw is the following:

                               <param name="realm" value="1.2.3.4:5060"/>
                               <param name="username" value="123"/>
                               <param name="password" value="123"/>
                               <param name="register" value="false"/>
                               <param name="retry-seconds" value="30"/>
                          </gateway>
Thanks again for your help
You are missing:

    <param name="caller-id-in-from" value="true"/>

Try adding that, restarting the sofia profile (or freeswitch) and
re-testing.
