you may just drop the idea of auth forwarding, and work with two independent user databases: 1. Your FS registers at the remote provider with some preconfigured credentials; 2. I know it's not simple solution but is there a any native support in freeswitch to forward auth request to up stream provide?
Reason we need this solution because FS is configured for WebRTC, so UA will send reg auth to FS and FS will send that AUTH to upstream sip provider to authenticate and after successfully auth WebRTC stream RTP to FS.
We don't want to introduce Opensips/Kamailio.

The onlything close to this with FreeSWITCH is upper registration, and then it needs to know about ever end user account that's going to register and have a gateway setup for each one to activate on registration which will get quite messy to deal with rather quickly
