Hi Moises Silva, am new to freeswitch and am facing same noise issue when making call from ISDN (freetdm) to SIP UA. As per above mail, i have did ftdm trace and listen the clips. I found same noise in generated voice clip of line 2 (sip). am attached both audio files for your reference (ISDN line 1 and SIP line 2).
