First of all, make sure you are using latest stable branch, or latest master. If the problem still exists, submit a report to Jira. A crash is always a bug - and bugs must always be reported to Jira, this is to help the developers track the issues. However, first of all you'll need to make sure it happened in the current version of the code. If you need to submit to Jira, make sure to attach a backtrace when in happened. /Peter 2013/6/14 Ashish gautam <ashish@nms.co.in>

Hi,
I have an FS machine running on FreeBSD system with Digium 8-span PRI card. PRI line is plugged only on span 1.
Everything was running fine until all the channels got alarms suddenly and mod_ftdm attempted to restart them. But while restarting FS crashed. /var/log/messages show:
*Jun 14 12:36:03 ivrfr kernel: pid 759 (freeswitch), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)* * * I am attaching the messages file herewith. Please throw some light on what might have happened.
