Give this a try. hangup_after_bridge is implied if you continue_on_fail. And you usually don't want to continue if the first call is answered and hungup properly.
Dont work in right way - after talking over local extension dont hangup and do playback and bridge to mobile. May be some command to hangup if "normal clearing"? Or wrong params to continue_on_fail?
