I'm going to go out on a limb and make a "scientific-wild-assed-guess" since I can't see your pastebin, but since you're seeing external IP addresses I have an idea of what might be going on. Your client/user agent is probably using STUN and is reporting it's external IP address to FS which then uses that address for replies to the client. With most firewall/NAT devices, those replies won't make it back to the device unless you have a port forwarding rule set since the device treats it like it's coming from the outside. If that is indeed the case, then there are two things you can try: 1. Disable STUN on your endpoint (probably not the best solution, especially if you're on a dynamic IP) OR 2. Set a port forwarding rule in your firewall/router/nat device so those repllies make it back. Without the benefit of the pastebin this is just a wild guess so please don't sue me if this is not applicable. Hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday! - Phil -- View this message in context: http://freeswitch-users.2379917.n2.nabble.com/retreiving-voicemail-dropping-...
