I had the similar issues with Polycom phones. Stay away from the web configuration. All you need to setup the FTP or TFTP server and use the configuration files.
The Polycom phones are harder to get set up, but when you get things configured correctly, it's pretty sweet. Next up, my NATing issues with Polycom. :) Thanks for your input, Gabe
