Hi, I followed the same document, you can use Kamailio to handle and forward the registrations and location information, also provides some excellent security! We then use Freeswitch to handle the media, no transcoding. I built both from source to keep as "slim" as possible. Works well, but still tinkering to get optimum setup! Keith
