This is the list of modules I have so far that I will not be compiling which are related to video: mod_av mod_vlc mod_vpx mod_h264 mod_mp4v mod_verto mod_theora mod_fsv mod_rtc mod_png Other modules which are on by default that I will not compile as I do not use them directly: mod_enum mod_esf mod_amr mod_amr_wb mod_opus mod_g723_1 mod_dialplan_asterisk Will not compiling any of these break anything else? i’d recommend going the other direction, only enabling the modules you need. this will have the added bonus that you’ll probably get a better understanding of what they all do. :)
here’s a quick list of the modules i’d consider ‘the bare minimum’:
mod_console mod_logfile mod_event_socket mod_sofia (if you care to use SIP) mod_loopback mod_commands mod_dptools mod_dialplan_xml mod_sndfile mod_native_file mod_local_stream mod_tone_stream
you could probably get away with eliminating even some of these too, but that’s as pared down as i’ve done.
