It's not silly. When you do a reload mod_callcenter, it's actually deletes all config an adds again agents in the same way as you do from CLI. In your case isn't better to just set agent's status to 'Loggd Off' and then 'Available'? Thus retaining agent's settings. -- Mimiko desu.
