Well that bug has a fix version of a release that hasn't happened yet, so I don't know if that means it's not in your 1.6.19 build. Here's the commit: https://freeswitch.org/stash/projects/FS/repos/freeswitch/commits/efc2ed2a49... At worse, you can make a bug and reference the one you found above.
