An external IP call comes in, is answered by a user on Cisco SPA504g. Transferred (with user made MOH audio playing) to another user on a Cisco SPA504G with Primary Codec PCMU and require primary = true. Does that help? They are not a font of information!
When I asked for more specific details regarding the degradation their COMPLETE response was: " The call sounds like I'm "under water", thats how most of them describe it!"
I have asked if it is degraded in both directions.
