I don't know what version of FS you have but it should always be latest master when playing with webrtc. Does the conference play audio like alone-sound or moh ? It may be you need to exchange some audio to get the connection moving. I have not observed this problem and I use this 12 hours a day so its must be something environmental or you are maybe on an older version. Much too vague. If you turn up the logging to debug level you should be able to see exactly what the hangup is from.
