If you see this (FS-6258) _PKG_CONFIG(FLAC_CFLAGS, cflags, flac >= 1.2.1) _PKG_CONFIG(FLAC_LIBS, libs, flac >= 1.2.1)
cd libs/libsndfile/ && autoreconf -fi && cd ../..
./configure gmake gmake install gmake sounds-install moh-install
If this works for you by all means please update the install wiki page with more detail, Someone with more FreeBSD experience may be able to fill this in better than I.
