Sorry for asking stupid questions here - but I've just been playing around with FreeSWITCH for a day or so :)
Unfortunately Express edition does not allow for mixed soulutions so you need to go build the managed dll manually. The file is in src/mod/ languages/mod_managed/managed. Mike
