Can you simply fetch this file: https://files.freeswitch.org/repo/deb/debian/freeswitch_archive_g0.pub
curl -O https://files.freeswitch.org/repo/deb/debian/freeswitch_archive_g0.pub
(wget -O is likely the same thing, but I'm not too familiar with it)
