FSClient uses portaudio at its core and is built against 1.2 it even does conferencing. Does portaudio work for a normal call? Is it just the mic input not working or is the speakerphone output also not working?

The speaker output does not work for this portaudio device either. Yet it works in freeswitch-1.07
