Have a look at http://www.yawarra.com.au/ Some of their hardware (notably the Soekris Engineering boards: http://www.soekris.com/) has a PCI slot. Disclaimer: in principle this should work well with FreeSWITCH, but I haven't tested it as I don't own the hardware yet.
