Calls are getting pre-answered for a reason. Something is taking place like early media and such to pre-answer the call which isn't really an ANSWER yet. It just sets up media. Once the call is actually answered then the clock starts ticking. /b On Sep 15, 2008, at 9:13 AM, Brian Snipes wrote:
