The +A is to ring all phones in the group at the same time.
Can you confirm what you see on the CLI when you do this: group_call sdjernes+A@ewr.djernes.net <sdjernes%2BA@ewr.djernes.net> Let's make sure the group is properly defined, etc. before doing anything else. -MC
