THanks, fresh new setup was fix the problem I can hear now however I had esl php compiling problem g++ -shared -Xlinker -x esl_wrap.o -L/usr/lib/php5 -L/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu -lcrypt -lcrypt -lonig -lstdc++ -ldb -lqdbm -lrt -lm -ldl -lnsl -lcrypt -lcrypt -lpthread -o ESL.so -L. -lssl -lcrypto /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lonig /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lqdbm something like that and googling does help. Generally this is either problems caused by NAT or firewall.
Is the client (or server) behind NAT? Check the IP in the SDP is not its LAN IP.
Is there a firewall running on the server?

However I cannot hear anything from sip phone
Like calling 9664 does not produce any sound. Even I try ther wav files no sound.
What can be wrong...
