The phones and our telephony server (FreeSwitch) are sitting behind our firewall on their own network so there is no NAT between them, however obviously between the telephony server and the gateway there is. This shouldn't be causing the problem should it? Brian West-3 wrote:
Is nat involved?

Hi,
I'm experiencing a very specific problem to do with inbound calls through a gateway. When either end of the phone call hangs up then the other end will remain connected as if still in the conversation. If anyone has any idea why this would occur it would be greatly appreciated.
