If there is no password parameter, then one is not required for that user therefore anybody can register as the user without a password.

let me explain: 1. the sip client send register to freeswitch 2. freeswitch send to web server ask for user infomation 3. web server respone to freeswitch the user infomation but there is no password of user 4. sip client register successfull -- this maybe the wrong thing
