To receive inbound calls to internal profile (port 5060) you need to use acl for incoming ip address (auth-call=true, apply-inbound-acl=domains) or better way to use external profile (port 5080, auth-calls=false) to receive inbound calls. Seems like you need to edit your acl list to allow direct contact from that ip address.
